The next steps to get into a RHAMCO development: Submit the housing application along with a $50 application fee to your local RHAMCO leasing office. Once fee has been received and you have been approved you will get a copy of the lease agreement.

Your spot is only reserved when we receive your $50 aplication fee along with one months rent and a signed lease by all parties including tenant, guarantor, and landlord. Please note the Guarantor’s signature must be notarized if not signed in the presence of the landlord’s representative.
