Rose Hill Asset Management Corp. (RHAMCO), a progressive Bronx, NY based firm that was founded by a group of Fordham students in 1998 whose vision is providing the best student housing in the Belmont community. Its goal is to provide students with a supportive and convenient place to live, study and enjoy their college years at Fordham University.

RHAMCO, who has developed over $15 million of student housing, is committed to responsible development practices, delivering community conscious projects that go beyond the requirements of New York City. RHAMCO plans to build three more student housing communities in the next few years, with a master plan for continued expansion in the years to follow.
